There are many things you can do to relieve stress. One strategy is having a little time to do something you personally enjoy. Another is to do one thing at a time. Making sure your communication is clear with those around you can help keep stress at bay also. It is also important to understand what stresses you out, and when needed give a little of your personal responsibility to others.
